Waves For Balance began in 2019 with a single question: how deeply can sound calm us when there is no melody to follow — only frequency, space and nature?

Every session is composed, recorded and mastered by hand in my studio in Germany. No generated loops, no licensed stock sound. Each soundscape is built on one Solfeggio frequency and its octaves — layered into a warm carpet of sound and woven with natural atmospheres I love: a mountain stream, ocean waves, the quiet of a forest, birdsong at dawn. Made to be played softly while you sleep, meditate or simply breathe.
